Crema's Take
“Tucked in Hood River, this welcoming spot has built a devoted following around their house-made English muffins, which regulars swear are the best they've ever had—whether topped with turkey, vegetables, or their signature creations like the "Daisy" and "T. Rex." Beyond the exceptional breakfast sandwiches and fresh-baked pastries, River Daze radiates a casual, pleasant energy perfect for lingering over coffee while admiring local artists' work on the walls, making it equally suited for quick mornings or leisurely meetings with friends and family.”

This place served me the best turkey sandwich I have ever had in my entire life. Phenomenal! Their gluten free bread was also very good and I was very grateful they had that option! Their pickles are to die for as well.
Casual pleasant vibe here, my go to is the turkey melt sandwich. They make tasty fresh made French bread for that one. Good breakfast sandwiches and pastries. Fun local artist’s work on the walls. Sometimes they take quite awhile to prepare the food, I think it’s mostly when they have to bake up fresh bread. Very tasty and a quality choice for some good fresh breakfast/brunch food!
Ok we’ve been coming here for years and ALL of the English muffin sandwiches are incredible! Everyone I know agrees River Daze English muffins are hands down the best we’ve ever had. But today, in addition to the Hot and Bothered muffin sandwich, I ordered the cold tuna sandwich… and holy smokes, it’s the best tuna sandwich I’ve ever had! I live in Portland so I might just have to gra another on my way back. The smoothie is also delicious… I mean, literally everything I’ve tried here is worth driving 1.5 hrs for. Just try it and you’ll see.
Amazing vegetarian and vegan options. House made English muffin is 11/10. I got the daizy and it was delicious. My boyfriend got the T. rex and said it was the best breakfast sandwich he’s ever had. Love it here.
Ordered a waffle and it was in edible literally hard as a rock and clearly burnt . Bagel was not toasted like requested either . Positive note coffee was delicious. And daizi was a really good sandwich .
