Chapter II Coffee

Cute place but highly disappointed in the drinks. We got an iced Vietnamese Koffee & Golden milk hot tea and they just tasted milked down... I couldn't taste the tea at all, we've been to so many coffee/tea places and this was not good, unfortunately. I had high hopes :( although chocolate croissant was good !

Update: was told day prior by team that iced tea refills are $1. Today a team member told me that's false and charged $4.75 for a refill. No other coffee shop charges that for an iced tea refill. Short-lived. Won't be revisiting. Love this coffee shop. Very comfy seating. Cool space. Fast wifi and outlets. Would love if they used a toaster oven for pastries. Ordered a ham & cheese croissant and it was soggy. I could tell they don't have the right setup for heating them. Overall, food pricing is high which is fine if the quality is there. Hope they find their footing on it because it's a great spot.

Not sure why most other reviews are celebrating this place. Highest priced coffee shop in Belmont Shore that I’ve seen. Nothing special, they use Rose Park Roasters’ beans. Limited indoor seating. The limited patio seating outside is useless, as the sun cover only really shields the stairway.

WOW, attentive service, delicious coffee, and the Avocado Toast is the best I've ever had 😋 A casual and laid-back atmosphere, including outdoor seating. Incentive... Pay cash for a discount...who doesn't love saving 💰 Thanks for a wonderful time Liz 💐

I got the Nutella coffee and was surprised that the price for a 16oz coffee was $7. The coffee was okay but very sweet. I also got a hash brown wrap with bacon and was very disappointed in the size, quality and taste given the expensive $13 price. It did not have much flavor. I was overall disappointed that I paid $22 for mediocre coffee and food. I’ve posted a picture to capture the size of the wrap relative to my hand. The service team was kind and helpful.
