John Papas Cafe
18 Park Pl, East Hampton, NY
Crema's Take
“John Papas Cafe delivers old-school diner comfort with genuinely excellent execution—the fluffy waffles and classic eggs Benedict taste like they should, the coffee keeps flowing, and the counter seating captures that timeless breakfast-spot energy. It's the kind of place where families linger over reasonably priced food and service actually feels attentive, making it worth seeking out if you want reliable, unpretentious breakfast in East Hampton rather than another trendy spot.”
What to expect
