Finally found it! I’m genuinely happy that a café of this caliber has opened in the U.S. California doesn’t lack excellent roasters, but with the overuse of sugary syrups and inconsistent barista skills, it’s actually not easy to get a truly high-quality cup of coffee. This place clearly puts care into every aspect—and executes it exceptionally well. The bean selection is excellent, the baristas are highly skilled and attentive to their craft, and both the equipment and interior are top-notch. Definitely worth a visit. Ask the barista to recommend a pour-over that suits your taste. Have a real cup of coffee—not just an Americano.

One of OC’s newest coffee shops that I find myself consistently going back to. I’m a big fan of their pour overs, cold brews, and espresso tonics. I didn’t know coffee could taste this good. Check out the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe if you get a chance! Lots of seating & everyone is super chill.
