Taco Madre Taqueria

This was my first time coming to this food truck with a friend for lunch. I ordered 7 chicken quesadillas for my family and I. The wait took 15mins which wouldn't been bad if my chicken quesdaillas were actually fresh. The cheese was burnt and the meat was old or overcooked but, either way it was hard. I should have checked my food before I left but being that my friend said that this was a good taco truck, I trusted her...never again will I go back. Dont recommend chicken quesadillas.

Such a great little spot. Stopped here by chance driving through Southwest and I had to stop. Super flavorful. The pastor was really good. The staff was friendly. Keep in mind it is CASH ONLY. There’s quite a few picnic tables setup infront of the truck for dining. Or you can take it to go.

Stopped in because we didn’t want to eat inside. What a great spot! Tacos were great! Loved the sauce and the sitting outside vibe! Will be back!

The service is friendly + bilingual (English/Spanish), and the red vendor is parked beside comfortable picnic tables with spicy and green sauce. Decor with colors and evening lights. This place is so good! 🔥 Ordering was easy, there’s parking available, and plenty of seating! Be aware that it is cash only before you go. I would definitely recommend to try when you’re craving Mexican street food!
