Café Brasil
182 Elm St, Newark, NJ
Crema's Take
“This Newark gem captures the warmth of a Brazilian gathering place with its inviting outdoor seating and genuine hospitality that keeps regulars coming back. The kitchen shines brightest with made-to-order espetinhos (grilled skewers) and homemade desserts that justify a leisurely afternoon, though you'll want to arrive after 4pm if those savory kebabs are calling your name. It's the kind of spot where you can linger over coffee and pastries with friends or family, transported by both the food and the unmistakable Brazilian soul of the place.”

Great food and great sevice! Finding this cafe was a delight. The food was affordable and worth the money. I left very satisfied.
Nice place. Feels like I was back in Brasil. Sitting outdoors eating and drinking. Takes long to get the espetinhos but it was great.
Great customer service. Many options to drink and eat. Also good home made desserts!
Ordered on Uber eats food was okay. Was a little disappointed with the chicken it was very dried out and over cooked. And they didn't look at the notes.
Decent food, the pastries are pricey and not fresh. The pastries are definitely not made on site (hence the price ). Also if you’re there for Shish kebabs they only start serving those after 4:00pm . Besides that the service was good.
