Always decent coffee! Very consistent and friendly!

We went here for a late afternoon pick me up, and got 2 no flavor frappes and they were very good. The girl working was incredible and so friendly! I manage a coffee shop in a different Montana town, and I know a good barista when I see one. Will definitely come back here when in town!

So tired of the entitled young ladies that work at Florence. Never a thank you when giving tips. Tipping is entirely optional I work hard for my money and when giving it away multiple multiple times these women are so ungrateful killing tipping culture even more it's really embarrassing. Around the holidays we gave a very sizeable tip, said merry Christmas she said "yep" and closed the windows. Have been coming here for years and so disappointed. You can expect not to receive gratitude with crap attitudes that frequent Florence Coffee.

This place kills it with their drinks, haven't had one I don't like! I can not drink anyone else's. The beans they use are amazing, and so are the ingredients. There is a huge difference between chocolate powders and liquids, in case you didn't know! They also have amazing staff! And to top it off, their "pupachinnos" are a hit with the dogs of the family! Our little dorkie gets his head stuck every time because... Well, it's good to the very last drop!

I used to go here pretty much every day before work when I was working on that side of town a few years ago. Then I moved to a different house and now I go to the one on Euclid pretty much every day before work. There's like 10 different baristas who just know what I want before I even say it. The other day I went twice in one day and got the same barista both times. Humbling to say the least. Best coffee in town tho. Whoever started this place can have my first born child it's the least I can do
